Now its my firm belief that SGVO will go by the stated timeline, that is 39 months. Those who are getting visa/MR before that are exceptionally lucky.

Hello, the CSE page specifies that we should not raise a CSE unless "Your application has exceeded normal processing times" which is 41 months (Please correct me if I am wrong). In my case I received my AOR in 9 February. Should I raise a CSE? Please assist learned experts.
