No you can come back as long as you have a valid visa.

My guess is that they haven't updated our profiles yet? and that's the old photo request. at least that's what I'm hoping for... this is just ridiculous!

I was asked to send new photos once and i sent them but when I called cic today i was told latest update is request for photos. my confusion is if this is a new request for photos or the old ones?

I sent the new photos on March 15 and it was delivered on March 17. I just called CIC and they said my status says: request for new photos was sent... this makes me really worried.Most people receive their card one month after resubmitting photos. is it possible that they're processing it but...

I would go through Turkey but the problem is they operate through vfs and travel document takes about 3-5 weeks. I'm planning to send my application to Ankara but my concern is that if I receive my pr card before travel document I won't be able to go back to Canada because of my passport.

Yeah I have a friend that keeps checking my mailbox. the problem is I don't know if I should wait for my pr card or I should apply for travel document? cuz I need to send my passport with travel document application and I won't be able to leave even if I receive my pr card. really confused!!!
