Thanks... I got the ticket for my son. I talk to airline and they said as long as Canada authority do not have any issue , you can travel. There is no issue from their side. I think we can travel now as Airline does not have any issue.

If you are talking about India PCC then it should not take more than a day to receive. Fill up the form online, pay fee, take printout and go directly to passport seva kendra along with original passport. But if it is FBI PCC then it will take roughly 4.5 months in getting PCC.
