hi, i scored 6.5 in my IELTS and my wife scored 5.5 but on the "CRS - Human Capital - First Official Language Proficiency" my score is 83 while my wife's CRS is only 4.. why is it so?? is it because iam the principle applicant??.. secondly how many point would my wife's MBA's WES would add??
