@takhan....thank you for your kind reply....I will try to email them...yes in my passport everything is correct only when I applied for MPNP EOI I wrote my given name as my last name and my last name as my given name .... :( SO basically instead of writing Ms. Abc Xyz I wrote Ms. Xyz Abc :(...

@ miltoncsekuet---Thank you so much for your reply...but I guess opening multiple profile with same passport number may lead to disqualification as stated by CIC twitter account :( So I am not sure this will solve my prob. Thanks any which way for your kind reply.
