For USA applicants- I received PPR on 22nd Feb had requested VO change to LA/NY on 23rd via email. Yesterday, I raised CSE as a 'gentle reminder'. I got VO change mail today, it is changed to LA. Don't know if that was due to CSE. Hope it helps.

Submitted->Updated->Submitted is normal. When you see 'Updated' in mycic, ghost email follows, usually next day. Don't worry if it doesn't come. Updated is a sure indication that your application is progressing. Hopefully PPR is on its way, like it happened to many including myself. Good Luck.

I too got a ghost mail and job match found mail this morning... Also, the status shows Updated, so I am expecting another ghost mail. I am a unique case where medicals are not passed yet but BG is changed to ip (noticed today). Fingers crossed... I am FSW Outland cor US.

You should expect ghost mail soon, probably in a day. Updayed means some progress happened and case officer did something which will likely show up in a few days.

I too have same status. Even medical is not passed yet. I have received 2 ghost emails in Oct and ECAS access after that (2 lines). Do you at least have ECAS access?

In Welcome to Mycic -> View my submitted applications or profiles -> Details (Normally it would be Submitted). 'Updated' is usually followed by a Ghost mail in ~1 day.

I agree that a tourist visa rejection should not be a problem. Raise a CSE and wait for decision. That is the best thing you can do. Then it would be a game of unknown, if officer gets to your file first or CSE document gets attached first. Make sure to explain that the event happened after...

Status is showing 'updated' again today. No change in CIC but got 2 line ECAS access. We received your application for permanent residence on September 12, 2015. We started processing your application on October 15, 2015.

Same thing happened to me yesterday (15-Oct) and I got ghost mail today. No update in MyCIC. But something is going on with the application. August AOR guys noted the same in that thread.

No update whatsoever since AOR on 12 Sept. FSW outland, currently in US. Wondering if it has any effect on my application (if CIC is talking to USCIS and procedural delay etc.) Anyone?
