Yeah it is unfair for sure. Not sure what non-routine is classified as. There have been some dependency between Niagara IRCC and CPC - Sydney it seems where it took a while to get feedback on RCMP screening responses. Hoping there is some movement now, fingers crossed.

Looks they might have been focussing on backlog (paper based app) prior to express entry. Looking at the recent ITA's issued in last 2 months (10K +), it's not going to be express anymore with current workforce at NDVO. They have to scale up!!

Mostly. AFAIK, NDVO applicants till 2nd June were processed in early October'16 with complete silence post that. Hope they shower long due PPR's soon! Good Luck all!

Buddy - it may take some time for NDVO to process your app, so would suggest to not anticipate anything for couple of months (reality check). Mine was transferred in Jun'16 and still waiting. There are many such applicants waiting from Mar'16 onwards. Until backlogs are cleared by them, it's...
