Cgpa or percentage only matters in case of MS admission to any university not in case of obtaining visa.

Hi As far as I know most of the Canadian universities minimum admission criteria( % or CGPA) for M S would be 65% or 7 CGPA out of 10 points. if u r really interested in MS you must contact supervisors of your interest first, discuss with them and proceed. Good luck!
