Hi PonJoub, nothing new so far I just sent them an e-mail inquiring on the status of my application even though I believe that I will receive the same reply I got every time. (this is the fourth e-mail now since application reached 6 months) I think GCMS notes will not do much at this stage...

As of my understanding eligibility consists of all the steps you mentioned above. So if any of us fails at any of these steps he/she is not eligible
