Hi kambal82, Reading my PPR here, it says that you shouldn't have sent your passport. You should have emailed them saying that your family is not here so they can make the arrangements.

my PPR letter doesn't say that :( I sent a letter sized one with a standard inside, hope it works haha

don't worry, my medicals took at least 3 weeks to change to passed and I'm waiting for more than 3 months... yes you can get rejected by health issue, a serious one like HIV
