Yes. You dont need reach US side, just go CBSA POE at Niagara directly or you can land in CIC office in Toronto.

Just go and follow the instruction. Make appointment first! This is the last step, nothing big, you will be fine!

A place in downtown Saskatoon. Every city should has inland CIC office for landing, no need go visit CBSA. But, usually by appointment only.

I did. Showed several times. Sept 30th received by cic. Feb 17th AOR. Mar 20th Medical received. Jun 20th upfront PRRF. IP/DM/PPR waiting :( And, inland.

I am September, paid upfront still waiting for IP and DM.

I phoned cic, they told me my file still in NS, not in Ottawa yet, or maybe process in NS.
