Yeah I know wthat Nairobi in some cases they use to issue visas within 5 months, I saw cases like that. but also Dar I saw cases where they issue visas after 7 months.

If your case is Straight forward/Routine . you will get it complete by July August. If it is non routine, or additional information needed, then any time between October and April next year.

At least that you know where was the problem. I know one guy with Nairobi, he spent 2 months before getting the PP back, they were not even responding to his emails. finally he went to see the MP, and they told the office that, Visas was ready but prepaid envelop missing!!
