Like everyone else said in here. You will need to get a good criminal and immigration lawyer for defense and legal advise. Make sure they are aware of your immigration status and the consequences if you are convicted.

My wife is a July 2019 applicant. She got everything completed, except probation and oath. What should we do? we have tried the MP, call center, web form, requested GCSM notes and nothing seems to be moving :(

Yes, in the email when you send the signed oath form. Oath was done Nov 29

Today I received an email indicting my citizenship certificate has been approved for urgent processing and is ready for pickup. All i asked was that I have plans to travel, hope everyone else gets their certificate very soon.

She received a request for fingerprints, so I am assuming you should receive one soon. That was her case, but other applicants mentioned it was changed back to completed with no further request. Good luck.

Hi Guys, I received an update on the tracker that I have scheduled to take the Oath on Nov 30, and a letter has been sent to me. What should I expect next? and what does the timeline looks for anyone who had the Oath done. (is is still virtual or in an office) Thanks

let me add my wife's name to the list. BG was set to completed on October 21, today we check and it was set back to in progress as of October 26. This is crazy in my opinion, we need our applications to start moving forward :(
