Yes it is indeed a big deal as I stay far far away from my state and the school transcript in sealed envelope can only be arranged once I reach their office. Moreover, if IQAS isn't expecting any school certificate then it must be a mistake at WES' end.

According to IQAS (check this link) we need not submit secondary transcripts if we posses a Bachelor degree.

My degree is from India (Bachelor) and from the UK (Master). When I click on the link the tooltip says: Secondary education Also called high school education. Usually includes grades or academic years 9 or 10 through 12.

Hello, according to this thread I don't need to submit the school certificates if I already have a Bachelor degree and a Master degree but according WES even though I am submitting my Master + Bachelor degree I still need to submit my school transcripts. Please check the screen-shot attached.
