They are very inconsistent. CPC Mississauga received ours on June 13, got AOR on June 30, and no ECAS access yet. Some people don't get AOR1, and some don't get ECAS access until the SA is received. If I count 57 days from June 13, we should have SA by August 9. So you will probably also get...
