DM was on last Wednesday/Thursday and today received PPR.

I have DM in ECAS from last week, but agent said application is in final review, wait for correspondence from an officer, she can't see final decision (approve or reject)

Well can't say it is approved or not...but as per GCMS notes eligibility is passed, so I think decision will be approved as well. Agent said they can't see decision notes, only officer can check that and follow up with applicant.

So...I just spoke to CIC agent...she said everything is clear and one of the officer reviewed my file last week (my ECAS too changed To DM last week) but she can't see the decision and advised me to wait for correspondence from officer. Don't know when this officer will check my file again :(

Whenever I called to CIC on first dial itself I get through the queue, but today bad luck I tried 6-7 times but busy :/

Called twice in last one hour, but no luck. Due to Heavy volume of calls can't even get into hold queue :(

I didn't call CIC yet, may be I should call...but long hold time

No idea, I saw few applicants who got decision made first, but don't know how long it takes.

Today I checked my ECAS and it says Decision Made, I don't know how much time it takes to get PPR email.

~~~Finally guys after 15 months and 12 days, ECAS updated as DECISION MADE~~~ August 25, 2015 applicant. MyCIC didn't change anything yet, background check still in progress, waiting for PPR now

I don't remember exactly, sorry. but when you call...select the option to change address first then it says press 0 or 9 to speak to an agent.

1 (888) 242-2100 You have to select options and waiting time will be around 30mins. Call during early hours for easy connect.
