I dont know if there is a website for that. There is a page in cic though that list the provinces that have pnp and if you click it will lead you to each province's site. U have to read each if you need info

Sa EE, 3 yrs work experience, maximum points na makukuha mo a CRS for that category. To get 67 for fsw, i think the easiest wud be to let your spouse take ielts. However for the CRS points im not sure if you can get to 450 so pnp wud be another option
