My wife (the applicant) got an email with her UCI # along with them saying CIC (doesn't specify which office) has received her application. However on the bottom the signature is from the Singapore High Commission. So this is basically my AOR2? Didn't expect that to be so quick.

I sent my app on the 8th of May, got there by the 12th of May. Updated the spreadsheet as well. Good luck to all!
