This error would come if you are trying to access the website from a network that has a Static IP, say for example your office network. So when the Mon Project receives multiple requests from 1 IP they block that temporarily. You can retry after 30 - 45 min. and it would start working again.

I am 380... still not sure if this month or May end. Though have a quick question.... my IELTS would expire on 8-June-2015. So if I get ITA before that then do I still need to re-appear for my IELTS or the current one would work? Any ideas?
