From what I know CoPR or record of landing will need to be retained for future old age benefits. Though they mention CoRP in the oath invitation email, they will just ask you to show you PR card and then cut it in pieces.

Your application was processed very fast. I got AOR in Apr 2021 (paper application), everything but ceremony was completed Feb 2022 and I'm still waiting. Family of 4. Also Mississauga office.

You can reuse the same the English/French certificate you included in your PR application earlier. I don't think your degree and WES transcript conversion are the correct proof. It has to be either English or French language competency test results, e.g. IELTS.

As far as the tracker shows, I have everything completed Feb 21 except citizenship ceremony still in progress. That was 10 weeks ago and no further update since then. Each application is different and we cannot compare apple-to-apple to tell if you are really falling behind.

My test was marked completed on Jan 27, everything else except ceremony completed on Feb 21. I didn't check the old ECAS till April which I saw DM so I couldn't tell when I got it. I'm still waiting for the Oath letter.

It says here "There is no need for a client to contact the department to request a remission if the service standard is not met. The remission will typically be issued by July 1 of the following fiscal year via the method of original payment, or by cheque for payments that are not made online."

The new tracker (https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login) still shows "In process" while the old tracker (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do) shows "Decision Made".
