Even if It stated on the chiLds birth certificate that his father is "UNKNOWN".. & I don't know where his father is & we have no communication at all.. Thanks for all the infos.

Im from the philippines & I got married Dec. 2009.. My husband is a PR holder.. He is going to file his sponsorship this month.. But I had a 3 yrs old son & not his legitimate child.. Can I bring my son with me even though my husband is not his real father? I need some advices please...
