    My application was received by CIO on Dec 15, and I received my XEP number on April 15, but still no EP/UCI number yet. So I called CIC today, after confirmation, the agent told me that I would not receive any AOR letter since they consider my XEP email as my AOR. And I won't have a new UCI...
