    Thanks. I asked the physician office about the IME vs. UMI numbers. According to them there can be no IME number for upfront medicals, only UMI. Hope they are right.

    Thank you for your reply. The strange thing is that my PDFs are much smaller than 4mb, but they are rejected anyway. Tried to convert files your way (Microsoft XPS Document Writer => Google Drive), still not working.

    Did anyone have issues with uploading PDF documents? I get an error message saying that PDF should be accepted: "You have specified an incorrect file format for your attachment. Retry with another format. The following file formats are allowed: DOC; JPG; PDF; PNG; and TIFF."

    Problem entering country code in "Telephone/fax"

    I have the same issue with Russian country code. I reported it today using CIC Case Specific Enquiry form. In the meantime I use the same workaround (79 instead of 7). I also have an issue with Street no. field not accepting slash sign (/), so I cannot correctly write one of my former addresses.
