Don't worry my friend, If we think 250 people for each point, maximum receive from 400 to 300 are only 25000, what about number of rejections and given PR(s). I think it reach minimum of 300 score.

I think this is report submitted in parliament for 2014. This report is for accepting applications for 2014, not 2015. I saw total around 52k for expresss entry.
