maybe, I'm distracted in terms by much faster AORs from provncial offices. but it looks rather strange that it takes 2 months for officer to check the package and to press a button "documents received" anyhow, we'll be glad if the owner of the initial post (i mean - ashuindian) will update us...

That are guidelines only, but - I guess - nowhere in your online app "Second review" status is indicated. "Second review" - that is when you have been deemed as ineligible once, and later you have asked the SINP office to re-view your app, considering some additional points or issues which...

for example, here yes, and those (lists of NOCs) are identical (or almost identical) 4.1. APEGS is for "regulated" NOCs, which are (mostly) not on the list of jobs "in demand" for both EE and OID streams 4.2. (almost) no chances to become an APEGS member if you're not a PR or a citizen

just be patient :) the Quebeck PNP applicants sometimes have been waiting for a couple of years and that's not an issue for them; Sask offers a very competitive timeline, and I'm very surprised about the Sask applicants who expect a nomination just in a month, really.

can't state definitely for the current situation, but been analyzed in January - they have looked very similar (i.e. - with IDENTICAL "in demand" NOC lists) except the fact that you do need an EE profile to apply under the EE stream. Most complex things to establish an EE profile are: 1) IELTS...

I guess, you are talking about the "review" of your most recent IELTS results. Yes, you can request a review of all 4 modules - the price might be same as for a review of one module only. Rumour has it, that the results are never "lowered" upon the review - they can leave the results the same...

Agree with your conclusion, but have another suggestion about the reasons (of fast processsing of the apps been intaken in the last quarter): I guess, they're trying to complete the "annual quotas" (maybe - in order to make some conclusions about the effectiveness of the program itself, or -...
