My health card expired too and I renewed it. I don't think it is required to inform CIC; I did not. I'll take my new health card for the test and probably also have the old one (just in case) but it's not valid anymore obviously.

Is the receive date mentioned in the email AOR? I don't see this anywhere.

I've tried all possible IDs. I can call CIC, if I want to, but I don't think eCAS activation is critical. Also, I get this message that one of the possible reasons for eCAS not being activated is that the application may not be in process, even though it has been received. I have the AOR email...

My ecas has not been activated yet. It's been more than three weeks. I would not worry much as I have the AOR. It looks like for some ecas will not be activated until the application is in process. This is what the message says when I try to access it.

Thanks. I tried this, but it is still inactive. There is a message on the CIC website that says some citizenship applications are experiencing technical difficulties though (unable to post the link..).

Hello, I received an email with AOR from CIC ten days ago, but I'm unable to check my file's status online (ecas not activated). Is this normal? How long does it usually take for ecas to be activated? Thanks!
