Nope. I'm still here from October 1st and have heard nothing since SA in November. Ordered my notes and it went to Ottawa on Dec 1st, went to 'Registry' and then 'inventory'. So my file is basically sitting in a box or pile somewhere collecting dust. Oh no, you're not alone at all.

They will either send the entire application back to you as incomplete or they will request the missing document when they start working on your application. If you try to send it now without SA and UCI / application # they wouldn't know what to do with it or where to attatch it short of digging...

On the SA letter there's an application # right under the UCI #. I used that along with the principal applicant's dob etc and only their stuff showed up. If I use the UCI along with sponsor's info then it does me both sponsor and applicant's stuff

Sponsored spouse does not need to send anything having to do with salary. The only person who needs to worry about any financials would be you, the sponsor, and you would only need to send your Option C print out. Again CIC does not ask for anything having to do with finances from the person...
