Hello @harmanm, I am sorry my status was "we are processing your background check", my mistake. My background check changes to In progress and medical passed on March 24. Today the Background check changed to "Not applicable".

Is there Certificate of qualification for Software Developer? Software Developer don't need any licence to work in Canada. So will get the points for Certificate of qualification in Express entry if I have completed education in Canada or my transcripts are evaluated form WES?

Can some one have 2 jobs in different noc code apply for CEC. Eg: one was working in as Landscape architects(2152) for 6 months and Urban and land use planners(2153) for next 6 months. Can he apply for CEC?

Is is possible for foreign skilled workers(outside Canada), already in express entry pool, to get a ITA(Invitation to apply) without a Canadian job offer(with or without LMIA)? :( Thanks.
