I went to the Etobicoke office today and asked from the front desk if the pictures are required again. The reception said the interview letters are always the same. If they have given the pictures in the first interview then there is no need to bring them again.

Only my mom got her work permit after the first interview. The portal says my mom's background check is passed on September but my father's background is still under process. Anyone in the same boat?

Congrats. Did you have 4 pictures with you or did they ask for pictures again? My parents should go next week and they have received a letter requesting the same document as the first interview. Also did you have your hearing already?

Hi Kevin. Your answer to this question should be "YES" as you already have received your AOR, but don't forget to attach your AOR email and Provincial Nominee Certificate (which must be "no employer restriction") to your explanation letter.
