My husband landed in canada yesterday and everything was smooth. He will get his PR card in 8 weeks time. Thank you everybody for your support and wish everybody all the very best!!!

You spouse will receive the passport request soon. My husband received the passport request 1 week after we submitted the additional documents.

We haven't heard back anything from vfs yet. Why they taking this long just to give back the documents.. Starting to worry..

called CIC this morning and finally got my SA. They advised that i have been approved as a sponsor and my file has been transferred to Colombo on April 8th. also they confirmed that they sent the approval via snail mail. But i got my AOR n email which is weird. One step closer :)
