When CIC say your card is in processing what does that mean? what stage is that?

is it legal to send PR card by mail if the person is in the other countries? are there any risks or good mailing services we can use?

is it better to call or make a case specific enquiry?? First they said 45 days then 85 then 78 now 87 what is wrong with them

Okay I wana know , it doesn't matter right if u can log in with your COPR on ECAS and it says complete and the date of your landing. That doesn't let us know how close the PR card would be
