Not necessarily. My LPP was assigned to RC-8090 and it was completed around the due date.

Mine was older (in her late 50's), and maybe why she was really slow in uploading mine. Don't mean to generalize, but its more likely that not.

I honestly don't think the photo requirement is that strict. I know it sounds like it. Just get it done the best you can and as close to the requirements as you can.

Call Monday and press them. Say you need to travel asap! Lol

Same here. I did call them this morning, they said the exact same thing. lol. Uploaded yesterday, start counting 2-5 business days. Congrats to you! Hopefully mine is around the corner.

I had my virtual Oath with the Montreal Office on the 23rd of October too! We must have been together. I haven't been able to download my certificate yet though! :( Do you get an email that tells you that your e-cert is ready? Or do you just keep checking?

When you called IRCC, did they confirm that your signed oath form was uploaded onto your application? I just called IRCC and the officer told me my oath form was uploaded yesterday (even though I emailed the oath form right after my ceremony on the 23rd of October), so the 2-5 business days...

If they don't respond before your oath date, I suggest you try and attend and explain it to your immigration screening officer.
