I agree Wayne. Moreover, either CIO is charging CCs in random order or they r going according to VO. Thats my one point of view. Since I have not seen anyone from VO New Delhi getting their CC charged. Or may most of them have paid via DD.

To keep the thread alive..I suggest we have everyone applying after 26 June to stat mode of payement...I think the charge of CC or encashement would take place in end sept or something..therefore that suggestion All th ebest
