But people get MR mail first and then get ECAS updated. but in my case ECAS updated on 21st and processing started on 18. So bit confused and tensed.

Hi, The second line on ECAS "We started processing your application on November 18, 2014" was updated on 21 November. I am bit worried because they stared working on my application on November 18 and its almost one week now but I didn't get any MR mail. Is something wrong in that?
