Guys, Anyone going to appeal against the refusal letter??

Got the refusal letter today. They mentioned that my JD doesn't cover significant duties of the mentioned NOC. this is bullshit. i got those essential things covered in my JD. anyways, good bye guys.

Congratulation. This shows that SGVO is maintaining regular procedure for MR before DM. This is bad news for those of us are with DM and still thinking there might be MR coming along. Dream ends here.

Just found a status update : We sent you correspondence on April 21, 2016 about the decision on your application. No medical request, nothing. So far I know, "decision made" before medical is "rejection" I haven't got the correspondence yet though. এতদিন medical এর আশায় ছিলাম, এখন সব আশা শেষ।...

27th Nov Applicant. Was hoping to get something on Friday. But as uinsual, no luck. BTW, does SGVO maintain any serial? I think there were more applicant before NOV 26th!!

Is it from AOR or from the start of application processing ( as per CIC, they have started processing my application from 30th January, 2015)?? However, either way we are at mercy of them ??? ???

My 14 month gone, now the processing time says: 15 Months ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

All Nov Applicants are in frustration. File processing started on Jan 30, 2015 ( As per CIC record). 14 month processing time is about to finished, no light yet. Lat time it was 13 months and when it was about to finished, suddenly the processing time went up to 14 month!!!!!!!

Your's should be 13 months. put the right variables.

after SLU (march 19), i haven't have any update. i am waiting for medical. is there any other updates in between (changes to 4/5 lines), or straight to medical??
