Congrats ojohn22! Did the officer ask you for any proofs of where you live (e.g lease contract)? Did she ask you any detailed questions about what you are currently doing in Canada?

My ECAS also turned to "Decision Made" today, but I have not yet received any emails from CIC. It is weird because today is a Saturday and I checked my status Friday night: it was still "In Process"! It seems like CIC is now working on weekends too :D

I had the same exact problem. I believe this a bug in CIC's system. In my application for open work permit I answered "No" and I have received my work permit. Same for my Visa application.
