I would call CIC and ask it they will accept second application while first one is still in process. Me too waiting it expires today :'(

That was a big headache for me too. I was not sure which one to ask for BOWP or CLOSED. By the time I applied they were changing all rules and system was not clear enough. What I understood from my research that if your nominee certificate has restrictions on it (employer name and noc number)...

My wp will expire on july 20. Also waiting. Unfortunately now processing time is 98 days for online application.....i would NOT do flagpole with expired wp. Its risky.

When i did celpip it was on the table then. I think it was november last year. Did they elimimated it?!

I sent my request on Jan 22 and they just replied this morning :)
