Toward Understanding Bill C-6 to Amend Citizenship Act; new 3/5 rule plus

I checked and saw that a conditional sentence may include house arrest ( but is a conviction), while a conditional discharge is not a conviction.

what happened to his Family of lose citizen or lose permanent Resident Status?

Leon, have you actually seen the prohibition form (Green)? I wish i had taken a snapshot of it when I took my oath. Clearly I understand what you say, however that is not how it is worded on the prohibition form you are asked to sign. Even though the OP started on a different matter, it still...

what happened to his Family of lose citizen or lose permanent Resident Status?

    Scarborough Oath experience February 2015

Oh boy you really are an internet warrior, behaving so brazen on your keyboard. Sorry that CIC doesn't see that your taxes push you to the front of the queue, I wonder why? Why aren't they kneeling down to worship you and your precious taxes because it seems you are the only person paying them...

    Scarborough Oath experience February 2015

Are you more worthy? Sorry I can't let this go. Instead of congratulating others so they can wish you well, you want to start a race issue. Canada is for everyone. Are you more entitled? More deserving than Nigeriancanadian who has her youth and qualifications and now her citizenship...
