Did he/she just raised the webform or they have sent an email as well?

Did you get approved? How long it took? I have an experience with email but do not know about webform if they are processing on priority basis.

I think raising a webform is the new process for exemption and already raised it... got an automated reply that they gonna get in touch in 14 days but not sure if people are getting approvals or reply??
