Okay. What post address shows ECAS? If the address is in Canada, you can expect your COPR send to your Canadian address, otherwise, your husband will receive an email from the Ottawa VO, and Londen will take care of the rest.

I'm a Dutch citizen. My case was too processed in Ottawa. It's very common that some cases go through Ottowa instead of in my case Vienna. I think to reduce the back log.

Wow that is very fast. Maybe your file is kept in Mississauga. They're processing a lot quicker than Ottawa. But I never heard that American cases are kept in Mississauga. Maybe I'm wrong. I hope you're that lucky.
