I'm not sure if people have got AOR, but I've seen a lot of people whose original visa office was New Delhi India, have been mentioning that their files have reached Warsaw office. These guys have called and got that info from CIC

But I already have a representative and my PER was recieved to my agent who forwarded it to me.

Can I as the applicant call myself, or only my authorized representative (The agent) needs to call

Based on the files of Sept/Oct/Nov filers, the applicants have got AOR from Warsaw office (originally they should have been New Delhi Visa Office). Some have also recieved from Colombo (SL Visa office). I believe that is for load balancing for NDVO

Canadian PRs are required to have a Visa (either B1/B2 for visitor for business or pleasure) or any other sort of visa, like L1, H1 etc. to enter USA. Canadian PRs cannot simply go to the border and get visa. Unless you have a passport that allows you to enter USA without visa like AUstralia...
