my wife landed july 29th and then got an email end of August stating she needed new photos and we sent them in. Emailed and got a confirmation at end of Sept that they got the new photos..as of today nothing!

did you ever get a confirmation from them saying they got the new pics?

my wife landed at the end of July and it was easy as pie at Pearson International Airport in Toronto. We even got her social insurance number after landing, they have offices in both terminal 1 and terminal 3.

Hi everyone just wanted to update everyone. My wife landed a few days ago at Pearson in Toronto terminal 3. Everything went smooth, and you can get you social insurance number there. There is a service Canada desk in the back and it took moments.

the bottom of the bsf 186a does say B4A so thats what I think lunacie is referring to. We used the BSF 186 for the goods we were bringing with us and the bsf 186a for the goods to follow

so if I understand this correctly, the BSF186 is for goods you are bringing with you at time of landing in Canada and leaving there. Where as the BSF186a is for the list of goods to follow. You should have two copies of each ready. Additionally, where it asks for importer's address do you use...

ok thanks! The BSF186 has a box to check that says goods to follow but no where to list them. Would that be the BSF 186A form where that info goes?

what form are you using to declare what you are bringing now and good to follow? It is to my understanding that the B4 form is now replaced?

My wife will be landing in T3 late July as well...awaiting to see someone's experience. From what I gather T3 doesn't have the desk to get your SIN right away like T2 does.

My wife is landing in Toronto in July, coming into Terminal 3 so from what I understand they don't have a counter there for her to get her SIN right away like Terminal 1. Unless that has changed? Would love to hear your landing experience.
