- I don't think you can have separate my cic account for sponsor- wait for someone else's response as well - on ecas check the status using sponsor's credentials like sponsor's name, UCI , dob etc, you will be able to see sponsor's file status as well as PA's file status thanks

i guess CIC is working on their approach to process files of spouses with highest priority which are in backlog (as in CIC June article) -straightforward cases first- and then regular cases i guess in this parliament session budget will be allocated to CIC, means CIC will have more resources...
