I can't go to EE since my NOC is semi-skilled category. My only option is AINP EDS. My employer is trying to do everything to keep me but somehow everything is going wrong all is going against me lol

My WP expired on January 2015 , I was in implied status until End of march but that LMIA has been declined and my company reapplied again for LMIA beginning April. My restoration period ends mid June so I'm thinking to apply for Visitor during restoration period until will hear back from LMIA...

Mesad If you want to have that extra 600 points you need to have job offer for same EE occupation NOC you are applying under. If right now you are working let's say as a Mechanic but in EE file you applying as a Doctor - the job offer you have for Mechanic is not gonna work. You need to find job...
