I just received my Spouse's ECA from WES (BSc 4 yrs) and made the necessary updates. For some reasons i do not understand, my points did not increase as expected by 8 points. Any ideas?

I was able to make the submission and payment using the system on the 11k queue. The 20k queue however failed as at that time the maximum number has already been reached.

Not just luck and internet speed. ISP's closeness to Canada is an important factor, since we are all logging on by 8:30AM, those that get to the top of the queue will be based on the number of hops to their server. What i did was to set up three different connections using three different ISP's...
