Got passport back today. Hitting border over weekend

anybody has experience with sending passport to Ottawa? It has been 3 weeks we have sent the passport and the tracking number has not been updated. Is there a way to contact CPC Ottawa?

Anybody has experience with doing flagpoling in Alberta. I am going to drive with my spouse but I already have my PR and US immigration is going to reject my entry? how does that work?

Thanks for the reply. It helps a lot to plan. Thankfully recent stay is till Jun 10. I think I will be sending it to ottawa. I am worried about flagpoling with at the border as I have to drive with her and I don't know how will the US border guys react to it.

Do we send the passport to Ottawa or to NDVO? Seems like a dumb question. any help is appreciated. We have booked a doc's appointment and the lady there told us full medical is not required as it is not requested they will only do chest x-ray
