yeah thats why they refused .now you need that imm5802 form and fee reciept. and u can apply closed work.permit only.

as i know since feb 21 employers have to pay compliance fee and fill that imm5802 form. i talked to lawyer. di u apply before feb 21??

hello I am sorry to hear that. I was surprised if you attached extended nominee and work permit support letter with your application then why they need LMIA. did your employer pay comliance fee and fill LMIA exempt form ? your reply will be helpful because I am applying for extension tomorrow...

lot of feb applicabts are still waiting...and at the same time june applicants are getting PPR..there are so many things could b th reason...medical expired, background check, express entry or cic wants to stretch time to 17 months in some cases

if anybody applying for extension of work permit, can.you please check if your employer singed at the end of form imm 5802( offer of employment).because my employer didnt sign on that form and he said we dnt need to. but i can see clearly written on bottom " signature of employer". i ll...

thats true..if you r not from visa exempt country and you dont have any status then you cant restore your status at port of entry.first thing they will ask you passport to make sure u have visa to enter , then officer will let u in and ask abt your satuation. otherwise they wont allow u to enter

i read on other thread , applicant applied in aug got ppr. my file is in process sincs aug 28.i applied on aug 24. i never expect this kind of treatment with applicants from cic.

sorry to hear about your bad luck...i am surprised what reason cic gave you every time for rejection. or same reason always..i think ur lawyer is dumb who dnt know the new rules these days are

hey patwal sorry to hear about you satuation. i dont think so your PR file in danger zone. they will send you ppr without knowing about status.ok you dont have any status now ..we have to reapply again with restoration fee which is 200 doller to restore status. its a 2 months...

i am in same satuation , my employer is saying no to pay that compliance fee. my PR file is in process , i am pnp applicant. dnt know what to do
