I had used a lawyer to send a demand letter in october and got an invite by email last week.

Finally got my invite for oath ceremony in feb. All the worries and frustration went away after seeing the invite. All the best.

Hi, My parents applied for a super visa from India. but the application hasn't made any progress. They already have a TRV and they are in Canada Now. has anyone requested a transfer of the file from India to Canada for a super visa or someone can guide me on that? Thanks

I am in the same situation. My mother has done her biometrics for her visitor visa 2 years back and I am not sure why it's not showing up in the Biometrics status tracker.

would love to see an update on whether the applications already in process status on the month march have moved to the next stage.

Please update the excel. My application has now moved to In process on August 25, 2020.

Had the same issue and did request them to change the address and they changed it quickly.

Read in the previous post which mentioned that Mostly applications received after jan 14th are not processed yet And there will be a delay on all process due to covid19.

Did anyone check their online status? my home address is showing the correct one in saskatoon, but my mailing address is showing as Toronto. Does anyone have the same?

I am guessing No. As you have submitted proof along with 15a. answer for 15b automatically becomes no. But No idea whether the processing officer will see it as incomplete. You can call them and get clarified.Keeping fingers crossed.

The trend is usually 70-80 days after receipt for any update.
