I had the same issue. Turns out that there are TWO urls in the email that I received. One for Rep and one for individual. I was clicking on the rep link, which opens a similar interface as the individual one

Scared why ? If you got AOR and then your status moved to "In Process" there is nothing pending at your end. I suggest you stay calm. Usually, if your process is taking long, once you get the test invite, the other steps like Oath invitation are faster. Don't be scared, it is just a normal...
