Did you leave in other countried after you were 18? If yes then you need to upload police certificate from those countries. If not then just attach LOE saying that you only lived in canada after 18

you dont need to submit Canadian police certificate. If CIC decide that they want it, they will contact you and then you have to get it done

They give you 30 days from moment you receive email to send them your passport. But they return it usually within week or two If you are visa-exempt, you dont even need to send actual passport

You can travel with old TRV till its expiry. Just make sure when you travel you carry both old+new passport. And then once you get new work permit, extend you TRV as well

It just may be a tech glitch so dont worry ! My shows " your action is required" and only when i go inside it shows me " Approved" . it seems like small tech glitches are normal for mycic
